Severe cases may present with pulmonary hemosiderosis. Few renal manifestations associated with this syndrome have been reported so far. Here we report the first case of Heiner syndrome complicated by crescentic glomerulonephritis after 5 years of follow-up. Keywords : crescentic glomerulonephritis, pulmonary hemorrhage, milk allergy, Heiner syndrome.
